FLAVOUR:

Binding Hefeweizen can be characterised by its fruity and rich taste. The high carbonation level of 0.58% explains its refreshing taste. With its subtle aromas of banana and clove, Binding Hefeweizen tastes smooth with a well-balanced malty body. The products´ low hop bitterness comes from its original wort of 11.2%. Of course, Binding Hefeweizen is brewed in a traditional way according to the German Purity Law of 1516!

COLOUR:

Binding Hefeweizen has a golden yellow colour with discreet cloudiness. This cloudiness is an inherent characteristic of wheat beer caused by the yeast and wheat proteins that remain in the beer. Binding Hefeweizen also stands out by its high amount of creamy foam.

IDEAL FOR PAIRING WITH:

Spicy food like curry. The sweetness of wheat beer serves to balance out the spice a little.

Binding Schwarzbier is a dark, premium-class beer with a mild-roasted, malty character without the associated bitterness.
